Oh Well..

Astronomical observations are subject to weather. If it is cloudy there is usually no point in trying to see anything in the sky. On days when an observation session is scheduled at the observatory, this page will contain information on weather (sic) or not we made it out. The final call will usually be made sometime in the afternoon of the observation session’s day.

Weather forecasts can be obtained, for example, from the National Weather Service.
